Helping small business and family wineries start wine clubs

Invite all of your business point of - sale customers to join the wine club. Offering repeat customers access to a wine club builds loyalty and allow members to share and learn in the wine experience. They look forward to what's new in the shop, visiting the vineyard for a special event, meeting other wine club members and the next delivery of personalized wine selections.

The subscription order model with a 3 x 3 x 3 strategy has been proven to work. The wine clubs operate on a monthly ordering basis for small wine and liquor shops, small lot wine producers to suit local taste and budgets . All clubs include emails - newsletters.  Rengagement is also important because what normally happens is it take 2 to 4 visits to the local shop or tasting room to warm up to a place, service and particular wine. A follow up is needed on Monday or Tuesday to send a " Thanks from DDM Wines" or " Bennett's Wine & Spirits".
